Sie sind n\u00e4mlich gesund und \u00e4u\u00dferst n\u00e4hrstoffreich. Der wichtigste N\u00e4hstoff der Bohne ist das Eiwei\u00df (klickt <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toplife.at\/gesundheit\/artikel21.html\">hier<\/a>, wenn Ihr mehr dazu erfahren m\u00f6chtet). Au\u00dfderdem s\u00e4ttigen sie sehr gut. <strong>Kleiner Tipp:<\/strong> Bohnen sind gut gegen br\u00fcchige Fingern\u00e4gel. Sie enthalten Zink und st\u00e4rken somit die N\u00e4gel.<\/p>\n<h5>Los geht\u00b4s mit Schritt 1: Bohnen kochen<\/h5>\n<p><em><strong>NICE-TO-HAVE:<\/strong><\/em> einen Schnellkochtopf<\/p>\n<p>Das Bohnen kochen dauert! Deshalb sollten die Bohnen mehrere Stunden (mind. f\u00fcnf) vor dem Kochen in kaltem Wasser eingeweicht werden. Im Schnellkochtopf wird das Weichkochen auf 45 Minuten bis maximal eine Stunde verk\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIPP:<\/strong> Wenn man vorhat Gallo Pinto am n\u00e4chsten Tag zu essen, sollte man die Bohnen bereits \u00fcber Nacht in Wasser einlegen oder sogar schon am Abend vorher kochen. Somit spart man am n\u00e4chsten Morgen viel Zeit. Um auch noch an den Folgetagen Gallo Pinto zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zu haben &#8211; so wie ein richtiger Tico &#8211; empfiehlt es sich, gleich eine ganze T\u00fcte Bohnen zu kochen!<\/p>\n<h5>Dann wollen wir mal anfangen! Es wird ben\u00f6tigt:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 T\u00fcte schwarze Bohnen (<em>frijoles negros<\/em>) oder rote Bohnen (<em>frijoles rojos<\/em>), ca. 900g<\/li>\n<li>1 gro\u00dfe Zwiebel, grob gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n<li>mindestens 6 gro\u00dfe Knoblauchzehen, mit dem Messer leicht andr\u00fccken (NICHT pressen) und grob schneiden<\/li>\n<li>1 <em>chile dulce<\/em> grob schneiden (\u00e4hnelt roter Paprika)<\/li>\n<li>reichlich Oregano (Bl\u00e4tter oder klein gehackt)<\/li>\n<li>reichlich Salz und ein wenig Pfeffer,<\/li>\n<li>2 kleine T\u00fcten je 10g H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche (<em>consom\u00e9 de pollo<\/em>) oder 3 bis 4 kleine Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel (<em>cubitos de pollo Maggi<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>optional: ein wenig Schinkenspeck (<em><strong>tocineta<\/strong><\/em>) f\u00fcr einen intensiveren Geschmack<\/li>\n<li>frischen <a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Langer_Koriander\">langen Koriander<\/a> (<em>culantro de coyote<\/em>), gut waschen und einfach 1 bis 2 mal in der Mitte zerrei\u00dfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle Zutaten, bis auf den langen Koriander, in einen gro\u00dfen Schnellkochtopf oder normalen Topf mit reichlich Wasser (mindestens bis zur H\u00e4lfte des Topfes) geben. Die Bohnen m\u00fcssen nun mindestens 1 Stunde bei voller Hitze gekocht werden. Vorausetzung hierbei ist, dass die Bohnen wurden vorher in kaltem Wasser eingeweicht wurden. Nicht vergessen den Deckel auf den Topf zu geben. Sonst dauert es noch l\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Bohnen weich gekocht wurden, den Topf vom Herd nehmen. Die Bohnen sollten mit dem Kochwasser leicht bedeckt sein. Zum Schluss den frischen Koriander hinzugeben, umr\u00fchren und fertig!<\/p>\n<h5>Ein leckeres Bohnens\u00fcppchen zum Abendbrot<\/h5>\n<p><strong>TIPP:<\/strong> Wer die Bohnen am Abend kocht, kann aus der Br\u00fche eine n\u00e4hrstoffreiche Suppe zaubern. Das Bohnenwasser ist sehr schmackhaft. Vor allem mit dem frischen hinzugef\u00fcgten Koriander gibt es ein tolles Aroma. Die Bohnenbr\u00fche (fast wie eine<a href=\"http:\/\/costa-rica-guide.com\/RecipeSopaNegra.htm\"><em> Sopa Negra<\/em><\/a>, zu deutsch schwarze Bohnen Suppe) wird landestypisch mit hart gekochten Eiern und Reis gegessen.
