HOW DO I PAY?

To confirm your Spanish program reservation with Intercultura Costa Rica, please proceed to the checkout below. You can pay using any major credit card, debit card or Apple Pay, using our secure online payment system. Just choose the amount to pay in the “Click to Pay” link below, and be sure to include the name of the student being paid for, so that the deposit is applied correctly. You will receive a payment confirmation at the email you submitted. Once payment is complete, you'll be all set for your upcoming Spanish immersion adventure in Costa Rica!

 

WHEN SHOULD I PAY?

Your deposit should be paid when your registration is confirmed, or at least 4 weeks before your program date. This fee will be applied to your total program cost, and the balance may be paid in person upon arrival at the school using credit or debit card, US dollars, Euros, Costa Rican colones or advance bank transfer. If you are not sure you will be able to attend, please wait until the deadline (4 weeks prior to program) to send your deposit, as this is non-refundable. If we have not received a deposit less than 4 weeks prior to your program (** 8 weeks prior in high season: Jan-March and June-July), your place will no longer be guaranteed.

 

WHAT PAYMENT SYSTEM DOES INTERCULTURA USE?

Click to Pay is a fast and secure online payment solution supported by leading global networks like Visa and Mastercard. Using advanced encryption and tokenization technology, your card details are never shared with merchants, ensuring a safe and seamless checkout experience. Some credit card companies charge a 1-3% foreign transaction fee, others have none; we recommend checking this before deciding on which card to use. There is no foreign currency conversion fee if you are paying in US dollars. Please do NOT use iDeal, Venmo or other providers; these are not accepted by Costa Rican bank accounts.
