All prices are in US dollars and include: registration fees, course materials, placement exam, in-country orientation, support staff and free daily cultural activities (Latin dance, cooking, yoga, Zumba, city tour).
Standard homestays include: Private room, shared bath, laundry, 2 meals/day.

If you are interested in the prices of our half-day, day, and weekend tours, please visit the respective page for our tours and excursions. Full weekend trips (two nights) range from $240 - $315 per person, and day trips from $40 USD to $95 per person.

PROGRAM PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment is accepted via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
In order to guarantee your place in the Spanish program, we require one of the nonrefundable deposits below. Please use the Paypal link (not a bank transfer), and pay by credit card or Paypal balance. NOTE: You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

Please pay your deposit via PayPal when you register, or at least 4 weeks before your program start date. This fee will be applied to your total program cost, which can be paid upon arrival at the school. If you are not sure you will attend the program, we suggest you wait until the deadline (4 weeks before your program start date) to send the deposit, as it is non-refundable. Programs for which we have not received a deposit are not confirmed and your place is not guaranteed. The remainder of the program fee may be paid upon arrival at Intercultura in US dollars, Euros, Costa Rican colones, Visa or Master card, or in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

HOW TO PAY FOR AIRPORT PICK-UP - LIBERIA INT’L AIRPORT
If you chose to have the school pre-arrange transportation with a provider from Sámara, they will be at the airport at the time and day you have indicated in our registration form. If you do not arrive on this time/day, for whatever reason, you will be charged the full amount of the pickup, to be paid directly to the taxi, as he will have already made the journey to the airport.
NOTE: If you prefer not to be potentially responsible for this charge, you should NOT choose to have airport pickup, but rather take an airport taxi directly, which will cost approximately $15-20 more, but has no cancellation penalty.
