LINGUENTURE – Language Adventures Overseas

Last year, I decided to embark on my next language adventure and chose to study Spanish at Intercultura in Sámara. Turns out, I made the right decision—Intercultura proved to be a fantastic language school in a truly idyllic town on the Pacific coast. Located just a short walk from the beach, Intercultura was the perfect place to combine language learning with the relaxed “Pura Vida” lifestyle. The school offered an immersive learning experience that combined Spanish classes with Costa Rican culture and numerous fun activities, from salsa dancing to cooking classes. I stayed in the amazing student residence right on campus for a week and spent another week with a lovely local tica (a Costa Rican lady), which gave me plenty of opportunities to practice Spanish outside the classroom and experience everyday life in Costa Rica. In addition to my classes, I explored the surrounding area, visited national parks, and took surfing lessons.
