- Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation governing distance contracting, students who enroll in courses through this website have the right to withdraw from the contract (right of cancellation) within the legally established period, without providing justification.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable legal timeframe:
- The student shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including any deposit.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

- Where services have already begun with the prior express consent of the student and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived, where applicable under law.
Any applicable exceptions shall be implemented strictly in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
- Refund Policy and Force Majeure
Centro de Idiomas Intercultura maintains a refund policy consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
4.1 Cancellation by the Student Due to Force Majeure
In cases where a student must cancel their enrollment due to duly accredited force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to serious illness, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other unforeseen and unavoidable events), the school will evaluate the case in good faith and may:
- Offer a full refund of amounts paid; or
- Offer a credit for future enrollment; or
- Apply alternative mutually agreed solutions.
Supporting documentation may be required.
4.2 Cancellation by the Institution Due to Force Majeure
If Centro de Idiomas Intercultura must cancel or suspend a course due to force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control, students shall be entitled to:
- A full refund of amounts paid for services not rendered; or
- The option to reschedule or receive credit for future programs.
No penalties shall apply to the student in such cases.
